Role Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of menus and products
• Ensure seamless service flow throughout the dining area
• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest requests
• Keep dining spaces well-organized, clean, and guest-ready
• Collaborate effectively with culinary, bar, and hotel teams
• Adhere to responsible service, hygiene, and safety protocols

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be warm, composed, and comfortable in fast-paced hospitality settings, enjoying meaningful interactions with guests and appreciating that exceptional service lies in attention to detail.

• Experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or premium hospitality venues preferred
• Genuine passion for food, wine, and enhancing guest experiences
• Strong communication abilities and aptitude for teamwork
• Natural and polished service demeanor
• Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Possession of a current Queensland RSA certificate for relevant roles
• Legal authorization to work in Australia
