Job Overview

As a Food & Beverage Ambassador, your passion for the culinary and beverage arts and dedication to guest satisfaction will enable you to create memorable experiences for guests during their special moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Manage and oversee service flow at your assigned station to maintain smooth operations.
• Inform team members about menu item preparations, service protocols, and content details.
• Perform general waiter duties and any additional tasks as assigned.
• Document and report daily sales, guest feedback or complaints, problem resolutions, and personnel or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Uphold hygiene standards regarding food handling and presentation consistently.

Experience and Skills Required

• A warm and friendly demeanor; prior experience in related roles is considered an advantage.
• Capability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to anticipating guests’ needs, with a professional and welcoming attitude.
