Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage All Rounder, you will warmly greet guests and guide them through memorable culinary experiences. Your expertise in recommending dishes and beverages, along with a commitment to service excellence and teamwork, will contribute significantly to the success of each event and dining experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Established experience in customer service within hospitality environments
• Expertise in food & beverage service protocols including table service, beverage knowledge, event service, and coffee preparation (highly desirable)
• Flexibility to work in diverse food & beverage settings, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or equivalent for the applicable region
• Passion for engaging guests and collaborating within a diverse team
