Role Overview

This full-time position, located on-site in Doha, Qatar, involves comprehensive management of fit-out projects from inception to completion. The Fit Out Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring quality control throughout luxury interior fit-out projects. Coordination with clients, design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors is crucial to ensure project designs, materials, and workmanship adhere to agreed standards and deadlines. The manager will oversee site operations including installation and finishing works, conduct inspections, address technical and logistical challenges, monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. Continuous improvements to project delivery processes are also an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing fit-out or interior design projects, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experienced in expediting processes to guarantee timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Skilled in logistics management, including the coordination of shipments, on-site deliveries, and storage procedures.
• Competent in conducting inspection and quality control to verify that materials, workmanship, and finishes comply with project specifications and uphold luxury standards.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Track record of successful fit-out project management particularly within residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors sectors, preferably with experience in the Gulf region.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent team coordination and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Thorough knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices, committed to ethical and safe working environments.
