Firm Representative

Job Overview

Bigs International Company is looking for a dedicated and professional Firm Representative to act as the main point of contact with the Directorate General Procurement (DGP) Army and other military procurement officials. This role involves managing communication and coordination for tenders, contracts, and deliveries related to government procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with DGP Army and other military departments.
• Manage coordination of tender submissions, quotations, contracts, and all procurement-related documentation.
• Track purchase orders, conduct follow-ups on inspections, deliveries, and payment processes.
• Represent the company at official meetings with a professional demeanor.
• Ensure smooth and timely communication between the company and government agencies.
• Prepare, review, and submit official letters, reports, and related documentation.
• Oversee contract implementation and address any coordination challenges that arise during execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government procurement or liaison roles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
• Familiarity with Pakistan Government procurement procedures is considered advantageous.
