This position involves supervising the interior finishing stages of hotel construction projects, ensuring projects are completed both on schedule and up to established quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the interior finishing work for hotels to guarantee timely delivery and high standards.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and related parties for seamless project progress.
- Regularly inspect construction sites to track advancement, detect problems, and initiate necessary fixes.
- Create and control budgets related to interior finishing undertakings.
Job Requirements
- Possess 6 to 25 years of professional experience in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Have in-depth knowledge of hotel construction procedures and adherence to building regulations.
- Demonstrate a history of successfully managing sophisticated interior finishing projects within the allocated time and financial plans.
