Finance Research Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Research Analyst to join our team as a full-time staff member working remotely. The position involves designing and refining evaluation frameworks for AI agents within financial contexts, establishing benchmark tests, and scoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and advance testing frameworks for AI agents focused on financial domains, including development of benchmark collections and evaluation criteria.
• Perform original research into financial reasoning and decision-making mechanisms and implement findings to enhance AI model performance.
• Develop and manage datasets and benchmarking scenarios that simulate real-world financial enterprise challenges.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to assess and improve finance-related AI models and autonomous agent systems.
• Analyze trends in AI model behaviors and performance metrics to extract insights that influence research directions.
• Document and share research outcomes and recommended practices aimed at boosting understanding of AI's financial capabilities.

Requirements

• Advanced academic credentials in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines; preference given to PhD holders.
• Specialized knowledge in finance sectors such as investment analysis, capital markets, or risk evaluation.
• Proven experience in conducting in-depth research and creating analytical techniques in finance.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities demonstrated through past work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a history of delivering professional research reports.
