Job Overview

We are searching for seasoned Hospitality Supervisors to become integral members of our teams serving mine site accommodation villages across Western Australia. Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable leadership experience in FIFO or hospitality environments characterized by high volume and fast pace.
• Legal entitlement to work in Australia; sponsorship is not provided.
• Possession of a current Western Australia driver’s license, preferably manual.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.
• Strong inclination towards coaching and developing team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostering teamwork and leadership.
• High attention to detail, dedication to quality, and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Proficient administrative capabilities and adaptability to learn new software systems.
