Position Overview
This role offers a yearly salary of 96965 plus 12% superannuation. The weekly roster follows a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule with 12-hour shifts. Employees will fly-in fly-out (FIFO) from Adelaide or Port Augusta to the designated South Australian accommodation village.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle the daily administrative duties and manage all site-related documentation.
- Organise staff rosters, process timesheets, and facilitate site communications.
- Support the onboarding process, workforce mobilisation, and ensure compliance with relevant protocols.
- Provide assistance to site leaders and operational teams as necessary.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Familiarity with INX systems for workforce mobilisation, onboarding, travel arrangements, and compliance is highly valued.
- Experience with site-based workforce platforms such as INX, SAP, or comparable systems is advantageous.
