Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive based in Rajpura, Punjab, to join our team full-time. This role primarily focuses on promoting hotel services offered by The Grand Mehfil Hotel and securing new business opportunities through direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to corporate clients and local businesses to market hotel services.
- Identify and generate sales leads, successfully converting them into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily reports detailing sales activities and outcomes.
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for customer interaction.
- Readiness to undertake local travel as required by the role.
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
