Job description
Role Overview and Sales Responsibilities
This position involves actively generating and developing new business leads through various methods such as field visits, cold calling, obtaining referrals, online inquiries, and networking.
Focus is on identifying and cultivating relationships with potential B2B clients across diverse sectors including offices, retail outlets, manufacturing units, schools, healthcare facilities, builders, contractors, and system integrators. Additionally, serving B2C clients for their residential and small business security and IT needs is essential.
Customer Engagement and Sales Process
Candidates will be expected to comprehend client requirements thoroughly and suggest appropriate products, solutions, and services accordingly. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, negotiating deals, following up consistently with prospects, and successfully closing sales transactions.
Targets and Relationship Management
The role requires meeting defined monthly and quarterly sales goals while establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
