Role Overview

The Field Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The person in this role will engage directly with clients and support project execution by collecting financial and operational data from client sites. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, compiling basic reports, following up on client and stakeholder actions, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols. This role plays a key part in fostering durable client relationships and delivering excellent service that aligns with the firm's standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• Competence in gathering, structuring, and analyzing data, along with reporting capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and time management to manage multiple field engagements and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, comfortable working with digital documentation.
• Knowledge or keen interest in the fields of investment management, consulting, or financial services is beneficial.
• Capability to operate independently in field settings while maintaining effective collaboration with internal teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel within Lagos and neighbouring areas as necessary and to comply with company policies and ethical guidelines.
