Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets through direct visits to clients. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently.
Locations
Positions are available in multiple locations including Noida sector 59, Dharuhera / Manesar, Sahajanpur, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar Delhi, Jaipur, Kashmiri Gate, Dariyaganj, Pitampura, Paschim Vihar, Rohini, Naraina Industrial Area, and Kishangarh (Ajmer, Rajasthan).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to B2B customers and potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Submit detailed daily visit reports.
- Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to nurture relationships and sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education requirement is a graduate degree (preferred).
- Experience ranging from fresher to up to 3 years in field sales is acceptable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated territories.
- Proficient in using mobile applications and desktop software to submit digital customer applications, KYC details, and reports.
- Must own an Android smartphone with active internet access, mandatory for attendance, reporting, and mobile app usage.
Compensation and Work Conditions
- Salary range is INR 15,000 to INR 23,000 per month, consisting of a fixed salary plus applicable incentives.
- Working hours are as per company policy.
Important Note
Candidates without an Android smartphone will not be considered as the job requires using company-approved mobile applications for attendance, reporting, and sales tracking.
