Job Overview
The Fellowship Manager role at Singapore Biodesign (SB) focuses on overseeing the key programmes including Innovation, Faculty, and Regional Fellowships. This position demands a proactive individual passionate about MedTech and HealthTech sectors, capable of meeting strict deadlines, and possessing strong project and programme management experience. The role offers collaborative opportunities with local and international Med-/HealthTech organizations within the SB network.
Key Duties
- Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the Fellowship programmes, serving as the primary contact for fellows.
- Assist the Fellowship Heads and Senior Assistant Director (Talent) in the design, execution, and advancement of fellowship initiatives.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and event planning specific to fellowships.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of local and international partnerships related to the fellowships.
- Assist in drafting and managing partnership agreements and contracts.
- Liaise with Corporate Group Services such as procurement and finance departments.
- Help develop SB's training curriculum pertinent to fellowships.
- Participate in budget oversight and collaborate with finance teams to track SB's financial activities.
- Engage and manage relationships with external stakeholders and fellows, demonstrating excellent customer service, responsiveness, and empathy while aligning with programme goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in industry, research, or healthcare clusters.
- Demonstrate project or programme management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exhibit strong communication skills: listening, writing, presenting, organizing, and relationship building.
