Position Overview

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in retail while delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves handling and stocking fashion products, maintaining display standards including modular setups and signage, and ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment. The Fashion Associate collaborates with team members to plan daily activities and manage seasonal product arrangements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service by welcoming shoppers, assisting with product promotion and location, supporting purchase decisions, resolving concerns, and directing issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies and completing safety checks, including securing displays and fixtures.
• Manage the processing and stocking of fashion merchandise on the sales floor.
• Keep the retail area tidy and organized for an optimal customer experience.
• Handle merchandising of non-modular fashion products appropriately.
• Ensure the correct use and replacement of fixtures and merchandise supplies.
• Apply signage based on prescribed modular guidelines.
• Timely replenish and display seasonal fashion items as required.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
