Facility Housekeeper

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping storage areas, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
• Handle trash disposal efficiently and responsibly.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supply levels, placing orders when necessary.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support facility upkeep.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position involves moderate exposure to workplace hazards, requiring safety precautions such as the use of protective equipment including masks, gloves, goggles, or shields. Physically, the role entails prolonged standing, moving outdoors, reaching different heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
