Facilities Supervisor - Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician

We invite motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team based in Abu Dhabi. This team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing technology across the global Amazon warehouse and delivery network.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by strictly following all applicable regulations and standards in every task performed.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance across all site equipment to maintain optimal operational performance.
• Respond promptly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, communicating clearly with stakeholders and resolving issues efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing breakdowns and providing actionable feedback to management.
• Ensure high equipment availability levels to support internal customers' needs.
• Collaborate with and learn from Senior Reliability Engineering Technicians to develop technical expertise.
• Oversee and coordinate contractor activities within the maintenance scope.
• Engage actively in hands-on execution of preventive maintenance and system checks to uphold site standards and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics and communication, or instrumentation and controls disciplines.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in maintaining conveyors, automation, or control systems.
