Role and Responsibilities
- Manage coordination with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are acknowledged and shipments occur according to committed delivery schedules.
- Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and shipping agents to monitor shipment statuses in transit.
- Alert the Project Management team promptly about any potential shipment delays that could affect key deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to settle invoicing or documentation discrepancies that might hinder shipment processing.
- Identify and support opportunities to shorten shipping lead times and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Track and review all purchase orders from initial orders through to final delivery completion.
- Partner with the Plant Material Manager to guarantee timely receipt of materials and shipments.
- Investigate and address shipment delays, logistical challenges, and supplier performance issues.
- Coordinate internally among stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics providers to maintain continuous material availability.
- Keep thorough and accurate records of shipment progress, delivery timelines, and supplier communications.
- Ensure all expedited materials comply with company policies and procurement protocols.

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
