Atlantic Group, a prominent private credit investment firm based in New York City, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position offers a unique opportunity to become an essential partner to a senior finance executive while also engaging in broader administrative duties across the firm.
The role primarily involves managing the CFO’s complex calendar, arranging domestic and international travel, and handling administrative tasks including expense reports and correspondence. Additionally, the assistant will support other senior non-investment leaders and collaborate with a close-knit team of four administrative professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the CFO’s demanding calendar, scheduling, and meetings.
- Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries.
- Provide thorough administrative support including processing expenses and managing communications.
- Draft, revise, and prepare presentations, documents, and external/internal communications.
- Protect sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist senior leaders outside the investment division, such as Investor Relations and Operations.
- Organize cross-department meetings and collaborative initiatives.
- Act as a central contact point for both internal staff and external parties.
- Contribute to firmwide initiatives including the annual investor day coordination.
- Work jointly with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations and project delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant, preferably in financial services (private equity, private credit, hedge funds, investment banking, or related fields).
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Professional appearance and demeanor capable of interacting confidently with senior executives and investors.
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to supporting team efforts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
