Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner providing high-level support to the GVP for the DACH region and assisting four senior sales leaders across Germany and Switzerland. Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage complex schedules, coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and handle correspondence for multiple VP-level executives across two countries to maximize productivity and alignment.
  • Lead strategic project management efforts by planning and executing regional programs, including leadership visits, training bootcamps, return-to-office initiatives, and onboarding sessions, ensuring all timelines and coordination are meticulously managed.
