Role Overview

We are initiating a Management Consulting domain dedicated to translating actual consulting projects into structured learning frameworks to train advanced AI systems. This venture is designed for seasoned strategy consultants from top-tier firms who can transform authentic client project experiences into comprehensive examples encompassing problem structuring, project planning, data analysis, synthesis, and delivering actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop realistic consulting project scenarios that accurately reflect industry context, financial details, constraints, conflicting inputs, and incomplete information.
• Design granular consulting tasks for AI agents that represent various consulting activities such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnostics, and benchmarking.
• Create evaluation criteria and quality benchmarks, including grading frameworks and model answers, to train and fine-tune AI-based grading systems assessing outputs at scale.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years' direct hands-on experience at a recognized top-tier strategy consulting firm including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability in structuring ambiguous client challenges into clear, analytical plans.
• Experience in building financial models, performing market analyses, or synthesizing complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Skillful in preparing client-ready deliverables within tight deadlines and defending recommendations amid uncertainty.
• Strong structured problem-solving aptitude and hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Exceptional attention to logical clarity and output quality.
• Self-motivated with a capacity for independent work.
• Proficient written English communication skills at B2 level or higher.

Additional Information

This is a project-based, individual contributor role performed remotely, focusing on analytical design and evaluation. No advanced technical expertise is necessary, as training on required lightweight tools will be provided.

Compensation can reach up to 60 USD per hour equivalent, subject to individual contribution level and project complexity. Rates may vary across different projects on the platform.
