Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Estimator specializing in Massive Construction to join our Dresden site as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare cost estimations for the repair and new construction of massive and structural engineering projects, including bridges and transit stations.
• Develop offers and related documentation while collaborating closely with the work preparation department, construction management, and project leadership.
• Coordinate the comprehensive offer creation process with both internal teams and external partners, including synchronization of calculation measures across different trades and organizational divisions.
• Liaise and align with other company sectors such as controlling and procurement.
• Identify and articulate contract amendment potentials and contribute to their cost assessment in cooperation with construction and project leaders.
• Maintain personal calculation data within the RIB iTWO software platform.
• Compile service packages to facilitate procurement activities for subcontractor services and material supplies handled by the purchasing department.
• Assess technical aspects of incoming bids related to subcontractor services and material deliveries.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical or university degree in civil engineering, traffic engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, equivalent vocational training combined with practical experience in structural engineering, massive construction, or restoration.
• Extensive professional experience as an estimator in construction projects and infrastructure, with a preference for massive construction.
• Proficient use of industry-related software such as RIB iTWO, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• High commitment and resilience, especially under deadline pressure.
• Reliable and cost-conscious work approach.
• Self-motivated and independent working style.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
