Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed vehicle damage investigations and prepare comprehensive repair estimates.
- Utilize Audanet software for creating and documenting repair estimates.
- Conduct detailed parts verification including availability and pricing.
- Liaise with insurance adjusters to discuss claim particulars and repair protocols.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair procedures and expected timelines.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of estimates.
- Stay informed about advancements in vehicle systems and repair methods.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records.
- Review and approve supplementary estimates when necessary.
- Ensure all processes comply with current industry standards and safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- At least three years' experience in collision repair estimating.
- Proficient with Audanet estimating software.
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and repair processes.
- I-CAR training certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Competent computer literacy and software navigation abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledgeable about insurance claim procedures.
Additional Information
