Role Overview
The Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) position involves generating new business opportunities within enterprise clients as Firefly introduces proven safety solutions to the market. Success in this role demands original thinking and the ability to leverage a comprehensive data infrastructure for identifying potential customers. The candidate must excel at prioritizing efforts and understanding how to navigate complex organizations, demonstrating familiarity with enterprise sales dynamics, strong communication skills, and strategic opportunity creation.
Key Qualifications
- At least one year in an Enterprise SDR or BDR capacity within a leading high-growth technology startup.
- Proven high performance in highly competitive environments such as NCAA athletics, professional sports, or similar elite fields.
- Consistent success generating opportunities in new enterprise accounts across various industries.
- Proficient in outbound calling as a primary method for prospecting.
- Sound judgment in prioritizing target accounts and stakeholders to secure attention within intricate organizations.
- Ability to collaborate with Account Executives and independently maintain pipeline quality.
- Exceptional persistence and creativity in overcoming barriers to engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
