About Minshe Academy

Minshe Academy is seeking a dedicated and confident English Teacher to join their team at their North 24 Parganas location. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with work conducted onsite in a student-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate students from Nursery to Class 12 in English language skills.
• Lead engaging classes focused on Phonic Sounds for early learners.
• Instruct public speaking and enhance communication and presentation abilities.
• Help students improve pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency.
• Build students' confidence in speaking English.
• Design lesson plans, prepare worksheets, and organize classroom activities.
• Conduct assessments, practice sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and interactive educational atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of pronunciation and phonics.
• Passion for teaching children and young learners.
• Confident and engaging demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Capable of delivering interactive lessons.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in English is preferred.
• Master's degree (M.A.) in English is preferred.
• B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
• Candidates with strong English teaching skills without the above degrees may also be considered.

Salary & Incentives

The monthly salary ranges between ₹8,000 and ₹15,000, with additional incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 monthly.
