About the Role

You will work primarily within the Workforce Australia Program, playing an instrumental role in helping people with disabilities prepare for, find, and sustain employment.

- Help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and embrace new job roles with enthusiasm.
- Provide innovative solutions to employment challenges, ensuring participants receive necessary support and tools to succeed.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments through advocacy.
- Celebrate milestones and successful placements to motivate and support participants.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations dedicated to diversity and inclusive hiring.
