Are you driven to support individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful employment that transforms their lives? We invite you to join our team in Rockhampton, Queensland as an Employment Consultant within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program at APM Employment Services.

Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Assist participants with disabilities to prepare for, obtain, and sustain long-term employment that fits their skills and aspirations.
- Build participants' confidence by highlighting their strengths, helping them overcome barriers, and motivating them for successful employment journeys.
- Devise innovative and practical solutions to address employment obstacles, ensuring participants have the necessary tools and support to thrive.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and advocate for workplace modifications tailored to individual needs.
- Celebrate and acknowledge every successful placement and milestone with the participants.
- Forge and maintain partnerships with organizations committed to diversity and inclusion, facilitating ample opportunities for participants.

Additional Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Valid driver's license with a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.

- Availability for full-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
