Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Assist participants with disabilities to prepare for, obtain, and sustain long-term employment that fits their skills and aspirations.
• Build participants' confidence by highlighting their strengths, helping them overcome barriers, and motivating them for successful employment journeys.
• Devise innovative and practical solutions to address employment obstacles, ensuring participants have the necessary tools and support to thrive.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and advocate for workplace modifications tailored to individual needs.
• Celebrate and acknowledge every successful placement and milestone with the participants.
• Forge and maintain partnerships with organizations committed to diversity and inclusion, facilitating ample opportunities for participants.

Additional Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Valid driver's license with a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Availability for full-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
