Job Overview
Our client is recruiting an experienced Email Marketing Copywriter with a strong background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, ideally within supplements, wellness, or health industries. The position involves a combination of strategic insight and hands-on writing, requiring excellence in persuasive copy that drives conversions while adhering to email marketing standards and compliance regulations.
Work Location & Schedule
This role is located onsite in Coral Springs, FL from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft, revise, and proofread compelling copy for promotional emails, newsletters, lifecycle automation flows, and triggered campaigns.
- Maintain adherence to email marketing best practices including deliverability, compliance with FDA/FTC regulations, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and brand teams to produce integrated campaigns that reflect the brand's empathetic and scientific tone.
- Translate complex technical product and research data into clear, captivating messages tailored for customers.
- Utilize Klaviyo for campaign structure, flow management, and campaign testing alignment.
- Work with Figma to ensure copy is properly integrated with email design layouts.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Monday.com.
- Organize and maintain content assets via SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years total copywriting experience, including at least 2 years dedicated to email marketing.
- Deep knowledge of email marketing standards, deliverability, compliance, and segmentation techniques.
- Experience in the CPG sector, with preference for supplements, wellness, or health-related markets.
- Proficiency using Klaviyo, Figma, and Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
- Excellent editing and proofreading capabilities, with sharp attention to detail.
- Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, and research teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
Compensation & Hiring Details
Base salary is between $90,000 and $95,000 annually. The company intends to hire two individuals for this role.
