Role Overview

We are searching for a dedicated Early Years/Primary Ministry Teacher who values learning through play, exploration, movement, music, and interactive hands-on activities. This role involves designing and delivering engaging lessons that nurture students' spiritual, moral, and ethical growth while complying with school policies and local educational guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver developmentally suitable lessons in Ministry Arabic, Islamic Studies, and Social Studies aligned with school and regulatory standards.
  • Support spiritual, moral, and ethical development of students.
  • Develop inclusive learning experiences tailored for Early Years and Primary students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Utilize creative teaching methods such as songs, dance, storytelling, role play, sensory activities, inquiry-based learning, and hands-on exploration.
  • Establish stimulating classroom environments encouraging exploration, discovery, and purposeful play.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to foster collaborative learning.
  • Employ formative assessments to guide instruction and celebrate student progress.
  • Create classrooms that respect and embrace cultural and belief diversity.
  • Exhibit effective organizational, classroom management, and time management skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Official eligibility to teach Ministry subjects under local education regulations.
  • Proven experience teaching Early Years and Primary level students.
  • Experience managing diverse learners including those with SEN through differentiated instruction.
  • Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English for effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogical practices.
