E-commerce Product Enablement Assistant

With headquarters in London, UK, and additional locations in Dagenham, Boston, East Providence, and Denver, MOO continually innovates its product offerings.

We are seeking an E-commerce Product Enablement Assistant to join our growing team. This role is embedded within the broader E-commerce department, collaborating with Trading, Merchandising, Digital Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure smooth product launches and premium presentation on MOO.com.

Role Overview

The key focus is operational excellence combined with a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include setting up new products, maintaining and updating the product catalog, refining product detail pages (PDPs), and supporting merchandising activities. Your contributions will ensure all products on MOO.com are accurate, well-structured, and inspire customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with launching new products and updates on MOO.com.
• Coordinate with Technical and Creative teams to address any issues during product builds and launches.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of product catalog data.
• Assist in enhancing and updating product detail pages.
• Support merchandising and trading teams by sharing catalog and launch insights.
• Monitor product and category performance to spot improvement opportunities.
• Ensure product data facilitates effective discoverability, filtering, and aids customer decision-making.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, or content management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
