About the Company

Role Overview
This is a full-time District Coordinator position based in Pali with a hybrid working setup. The role focuses on managing branch and CSP operations at the district level, keeping activities aligned with company policies and regulatory expectations, and supporting field teams to deliver better service quality and wider outreach.
What You Will Do
You will oversee district-level coordination across branches and CSPs, track performance indicators, assist field teams, and provide training and guidance to staff and partners. The role also involves frequent visits to CSP locations and local partners, addressing operational challenges, maintaining relationships with community stakeholders, and preparing regular reports for regional leadership. You will contribute to initiatives that support financial inclusion and livelihood development in the district.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong ability to organize work and coordinate field or district-level operations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with rural communities, entrepreneurs, and local partners.
- Basic knowledge of banking, microfinance, or financial services; exposure to financial inclusion work will be an added advantage.
- Comfort with data gathering, performance tracking, and reporting through digital tools and office software.
- Willingness to travel within the district as needed and operate effectively in a hybrid work setup.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, social work, rural management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in field operations or community development is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability, integrity, and a customer-first mindset are important for this role.
