Role Overview
The Distribution Centre (DC) Storeperson is vital in guaranteeing that stock reaches the appropriate stores promptly. This role thrives on teamwork, adherence to safety, and the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs. The purpose-driven commitment focuses on connecting communities with the products they require and cherish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and package stock accurately into customer orders, ensuring timely delivery to retail stores within a refrigerated setting maintained between 2°C and 13°C throughout the year.
- Acquire proficiency with voice picking technology and efficiently operate Manual Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain safety standards and follow company policies diligently to uphold compliance.
- Work efficiently within a fast-moving environment while contributing to a tidy and well-organized warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflow and safety.
Additional Role Details
- Roster options include working Monday to Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or Friday to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- The role involves manual handling of items weighing up to 20 kg, providing physical strength development.

- Previous experience in picking or packing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
