Overview
Deutsche Bahn is actively seeking motivated individuals to fill over 500 varied positions across Germany, catering to both experienced professionals and those starting their careers. Currently, they are recruiting for the position of Disponent:in (Dispatcher) at the Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH locations in Bremen or Oldenburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the economic dispatching of personnel and vehicles.
- Ensure the qualified deployment of staff and bus fleet, including planning for maintenance workshop entry.
- Maintain and follow up on operational processes within PPBus and keep the operation logbook current.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements governing bus operations.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably, prior experience in dispatch management.
- Structured and independent working style combined with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities paired with high resilience under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills.
