About the Role

Globe Life is seeking a skilled Digital Media Content Creator to join their team in McKinney, TX. This hybrid role offers remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday. The position centers on generating appealing visual materials across all social media channels, representing the Globe Life brand and collaborating closely with the social media department to develop multi-platform graphic and video content pertinent to internal and external campaigns. Responsibilities include attending company events to capture and craft messaging highlighting the importance of each occasion, while ensuring the brand's mission and values are consistently conveyed.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic social media campaigns supporting both internal initiatives and external promotions, including sponsored posts under supervision.
• Act as a visual culture representative to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with social media teams to produce captivating content.
• Design graphics and videos aligned with brand messaging, copy, and purpose.
• Adhere to brand standards across multiple brands under social media management.
• Produce both graphic designs and video content.
• Manage deliverables by leveraging asset management tools to meet deadlines.
• Provide social media support during company events, which may require domestic and international travel.
• Remain up-to-date on current social media content requirements and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in social media, digital marketing, or graphic design.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
• Portfolio or links showcasing previous work are mandatory for application consideration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with video, audio, and still photography equipment such as Sony and Canon.
• Skills in editing video, audio, and still images.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management and design platforms like Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Airtable is preferred.
• Strong project management abilities with adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in video and graphic design, understanding of camera, audio, and lighting setups.
• Passion and deep interest in social media trends and digital marketing.
• Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Canva.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, managing multiple projects effectively.
• Initiative and enthusiasm when undertaking new assignments.
• Strong written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail.
