Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will take full ownership of DTV's digital channels including the website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns to ensure consistent, credible, and impactful brand presence. This hands-on position involves direct management of digital platforms, coordination with external agencies and freelancers, and performance reporting. Close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Director and entities within DTV's structure, such as its science park, venture capital arm, and flagship initiatives, is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize DTV's website, overseeing content updates, structural improvements, SEO efforts, and coordination across multiple entity pages.
  • Lead end-to-end social media management including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and strategy execution on platforms like LinkedIn, X, Meta, and emergent channels.
  • Design and implement digital campaigns supporting program launches, events, and announcements such as venture cohort recruitment, Demo Days, and partnership news.
  • Manage paid digital and social advertising campaigns covering targeting strategies, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and uphold KPIs related to digital engagement, reach, conversion rates, and brand awareness at both operational and executive levels.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives including newsletter distribution.
  • Coordinate with and supervise external agencies and freelance contributors to deliver digital content and marketing assets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone in both Arabic and English across all digital platforms.
  • Track digital trends and emerging platforms relevant to deep-tech audiences including investors and founders.
  • Work jointly with Growth & Impact teams on integrated campaigns blending digital, public relations, and content strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least seven years of experience in digital marketing with full responsibility for managing websites and social media accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multichannel marketing campaigns from conceptualization through execution and analysis.
  • Proficient knowledge of SEO, paid social and search marketing, analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and content management systems.
  • Experience directing agencies, freelancers, or junior team members.
  • Strong data literacy including KPI development, reporting, and data-driven strategy adjustments.
  • Sharp judgment on content quality, both written and visual, with a keen understanding of effective digital content even without direct design responsibilities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English preferred.
  • Background in technology sectors, venture capital, innovation ecosystems, or B2B/institutional marketing is highly advantageous.
