Role Overview

We seek enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our Health Agency vertical as Development/Relationship Managers in Durgapur, West Bengal. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents while driving sales through the agency channel. The position demands proactive leadership to motivate teams and ensure sales targets are achieved consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor insurance agents and advisors in the health domain.
• Steer sales performance via the agency distribution channel.
• Motivate and lead the team to meet or surpass set sales objectives.
• Organize regular meetings and conduct performance evaluations.

Candidate Profile

• Any graduate with at least one year of experience in field sales, preferably within insurance or related marketing roles.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• A driven individual eager to learn, grow, and excel in the sales environment.
