Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Design Expert with multidisciplinary experience to join our team on a contract basis. The role focuses on evaluating and enhancing design interview content, primarily centered on visual aesthetics and user experience/interface improvements. This remote opportunity offers flexible hours between 10 to 40 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $20 to $64 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Critically analyze and refine interview design content emphasizing UX/UI elements and visual appeal.
Review AI-produced design materials to ensure high quality, usability, and compliance with current design best practices.
Provide constructive, actionable feedback to improve layout, information hierarchy, and overall user engagement.
Work alongside AI training teams to maintain conformity with up-to-date industry standards.
Apply extensive design expertise to advance AI tools through practical, scenario-based assessments.
Promote user-centered design methodologies and maintain consistent branding throughout evaluated items.

Requirements and Qualifications

Demonstrated multidisciplinary design experience backed by a strong portfolio.
Thorough understanding of typography, layout design, and visual design principles.
Proficiency with design software including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design approaches.
Capability to evaluate and develop branding and visual identity facets effectively.

Additional Information

Commits to a workload varying from 10 to 40 hours per week.
This is a fully remote contract assignment.
Compensation: $20 - $64 per hour based on expertise.
