Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakewell Manager in overseeing daily restaurant functions, including preparation of food, cooking, and delivering excellent service.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve sales goals under the guidance of the Bakewell Manager.
• Lead and inspire team members by setting attainable targets and utilizing effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ensure all operations comply with Bakewell's established standards, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a comparable supervisory role within a food service setting.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for engaging with customers.
• Collaborate well with colleagues to foster a constructive and positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving work environment and willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
