Overview

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a full-time Human Data Manager (New Graduate) to join their team remotely. This role focuses on developing and overseeing efficient data workflows related to annotation, collection, processing, and analysis to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive data pipelines to ensure precise annotation, data collection, and processing.
• Set and track key performance indicators aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and promoting data-centric decision-making.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations to speed up processes.
• Work collaboratively across different teams to align data initiatives with overall business goals.
• Create and maintain detailed reporting systems to monitor key metrics and demonstrate improvements in workflow efficiency.
• Continuously improve procedures to support scalability, guarantee data accuracy, and maintain high-quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or related areas.
• Practical experience and technical skills in data analysis, annotation, or workflow enhancement.
• Knowledge of operational workflows with enthusiasm for improving efficiency.
• Strong ability to clearly articulate data-driven findings both verbally and in writing.
• Motivated to learn, capable of performing under pressure, and eager to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork abilities with meticulous attention to data quality and validation processes.
