Data Analyst Intern - Regional BI & Planning (Fall 2026)

About the Team

The Regional Business Intelligence & Planning Data Analytics group is dedicated to fostering comprehensive data excellence throughout the company. Their scope extends beyond routine analytics to include the construction of scalable data models, predictive forecasting tools, and insights driven by data science that aim to boost planning effectiveness, enhance decision-making processes, and improve overall business outcomes.

Working collaboratively with finance, business, product development, and engineering departments, the team develops robust foundational data structures and delivers pragmatic, scalable solutions tailored to meet tangible business challenges. Their efforts encompass all levels of analysis, from standard performance tracking to more in-depth strategic evaluations, empowering the organization with clear visibility and actionable intelligence needed to accelerate progress, optimize planning, and ensure sustainable growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform data retrieval and analytical processes utilizing SQL and Python programming languages.
• Develop automation for data gathering and aggregation workflows to create dynamic reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with data engineering, product management, and operations teams to supply statistical data or business metrics that facilitate insightful decision-making.
• Assist with analytical modeling initiatives aimed at deepening business insight when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program, preferably specializing in Data Science & Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related disciplines.
• Demonstrated capability to carefully handle extensive datasets.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, with a preference for Python or Spark.
• Previous experience in data collection and analytical processes is required.
• Preference given to candidates available full-time for intern positions.
