Position Overview

This role involves managing data processing and subsequent manipulation of exported data utilizing diverse technology platforms. Candidates must be detail-oriented, adaptable in a dynamic setting, and capable of thriving under rapid changes. We seek client-centric, self-driven, and collaborative professionals who contribute innovative ideas to handle complex assignments. The job demands at least one weekend shift per workweek.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data processing using NUIX and Relativity tools, including importing, filtering, converting to TIFF format, numbering, and exporting files.
Create customized deliverables tailored to client specifications.
Maintain and update project tracking documents and generate client-facing reports such as exceptions, exclusions, and bespoke reports.
Employ critical thinking to select appropriate workflows and tools for task completion.
Communicate effectively and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications and Experience

Some exposure to legal entities or vendor environments is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
Technology proficiency with systems such as Concordance, Summation, Relativity, NUIX, Mindseye, iPRO, LAW, Catalyst, Clearwell, or comparable platforms.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Standard/Professional, and Microsoft Word.
Strong documentation skills, analytical capability, capacity to follow instructions closely, and excellent follow-up habits.
Willingness to learn continuously and adapt scheduling as needed.

Work Conditions

This is a remote role with working hours from 3 PM to Midnight Eastern Time.

Preferred Education

A Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $30 to $35 per hour.
