CodeX Tech-IT LLC is seeking a perceptive and analytical Data Analyst to join their team in the United States. This role serves as the crucial link between intricate datasets and strategic business decision-making, requiring the transformation of raw data into clear, actionable insights that guide the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and KPI scorecards using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI to monitor organizational performance.
• Develop and execute efficient SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and analysing extensive datasets sourced from various relational databases.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with teams such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify data requirements, establish success measures, and provide analytical support.
• Conduct thorough ad-hoc analyses to uncover market trends, customer behavior insights, and operational challenges, effectively communicating findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working closely with Data Engineering teams, performing data cleansing activities, and resolving reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or another related quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Between two to four years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing advanced queries involving joins, subqueries, and aggregations.
• Experience in building production-grade dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong skills in Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables) alongside experience with Python or R for data processing (libraries like Pandas and NumPy).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly convey technical insights to business stakeholders.

Additional Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
