Job Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess more than six months of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within Telecom, Technical, Healthcare, or Banking sectors. A graduate or undergraduate background in a related customer service field is preferable. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
