Position Overview
The role of Customer Success Manager is available on a contract basis, working remotely with a commitment ranging between 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation varies from $40 to $70 per hour. This position focuses on enhancing AI training scenarios and customer support workflows tailored to varied applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and improve AI-driven training models and customer service workflows for multiple use cases.
- Lead and mentor teams comprising operational and Customer Success analysts to maintain superior standards and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively across departments to provide insightful critiques that augment customer engagement and AI training quality.
- Utilize platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and ServiceNow to assess workflow data and customer interaction for optimization opportunities.
- Develop and update customer support scenarios, knowledge bases, and escalation procedures informed by practical challenges.
- Provide precise and constructive feedback to operational teams, fostering ongoing process enhancements.
- Coordinate team schedules and communications effectively via Slack, Gmail, and calendar tools within a remote working setup.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success Management or relevant domains, including leadership of Customer Success or operational analytics teams.
- Expertise with customer support software like Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to craft impactful AI training tasks, workflows, and applicable real-world scenarios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of delivering valuable feedback and working cross-functionally.
- Proficient in communication and scheduling tools such as Slack, Gmail, and advanced calendar management.
