Key Responsibilities

  • Execute complex order processing using Oracle and Salesforce Case management systems.
  • Understand and manage commercial terms related to purchase orders thoroughly.
  • Verify customer documents for compliance with internal standards.
  • Ensure timely order delivery and fulfillment aligned with customer expectations.
  • Analyze workflows to identify and implement process improvements.
