About the Role
We are looking for a polished and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for guests and clients at Ascension FBO Network. The role centers on creating a smooth, efficient, and positive experience while supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced aviation setting.

Qualifications
The preferred candidate will bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or GED is required. The role also calls for a professional presentation, teamwork, stability in prior employment, and comfort working in a safety-first, customer-focused operation. Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is necessary, and candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest questions and requests, including hotel bookings, local directions, and transportation coordination.
- Oversee customer-related aviation services such as fueling, hangar storage, and ground handling so service is delivered on time.
- Keep communication flowing with the team using radio and other operational channels.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive visit.
- Explain pricing, service programs, and available offerings to help customers make informed choices.
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately while keeping proper records.
- Follow all safety procedures and operating standards to help maintain a secure workplace.
- Contribute to keeping the workspace clean, orderly, and professional.
