Overview

Truetrip Trailscape Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and articulate Female Customer Relationship Executive to join their team full-time at the Patna office. This role involves managing customer communications, welcoming visitors, and contributing to the firm's social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle inbound customer calls to resolve basic inquiries.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and potential leads, ensuring consistent follow-up.
• Gather customer requirements and liaise with sales and operations departments accordingly.
• Warmly receive and assist guests and clients visiting the company’s office.
• Maintain accurate logs of calls, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
• Support social media initiatives by helping create Instagram Reels, short videos, and related content.
• Comfortably participate on camera when required for content creation.
• Uphold professional communication standards and foster strong customer relations.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least one year of pertinent work experience.
• Proficient in Hindi communication with basic English language skills.
• Possess a pleasant demeanor and fundamental computer skills.
• Confident in engaging with customers and comfortable with social media content creation.
• Preferred background includes experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, telecalling, or front office roles.
