Role Overview
The Customer Experience Specialist is pivotal in supporting patient communications and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, assisting patients through multiple communication channels, and partnering with clinical and medical teams to provide effective support and ensure positive health results. This role also contributes to refining customer service processes and assisting clinical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio to assist and educate patients on their longevity journey
- Complete designated training to build subject matter expertise
- Respond quickly and comprehensively to questions from prospective and existing patients
- Support patients toward successful outcomes through feedback gathering and advanced assistance
- Recognize and escalate issues that require clinical or provider intervention
- Help develop and enhance customer experience systems and internal workflows
- Coordinate with pharmacy partners and vendors to guarantee timely prescription and service delivery
- Maintain and update patient medical records as necessary
- Engage in departmental pilot projects to broaden service offerings
- Provide administrative backing for medical initiatives including clinical trials
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of client-facing experience
- Certification as a health coach (e.g., NBHWC) or equivalent education/experience in health coaching
- Educational background or professional expertise in health, wellness, or a related domain
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and within teams
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
- Availability to work consistently Monday to Friday between 11am and 8pm EST
- Passion for the anti-aging and longevity field
