Key Responsibilities

  • Correct pricing discrepancies daily as needed.
  • Monitor weekly sales actual versus forecast and make necessary adjustments.
  • Update promotional offerings to reflect strategy or price list changes.
  • Serve as backup contact in absence of Key Account Manager.
  • Compile and distribute promotional advice to Territory Managers.
  • Review credit claims with initial sign-off authority and conduct SOX audits on head office invoices.
  • Maintain promotional grids and product ranging lists.
  • Create store-specific sales reviews and templates for new product launches supporting FSSIUMPC.
  • Participate in forecasting reviews and present findings monthly at Demand Review meetings.
  • Engage in weekly pricing and promotional reviews during Sales Work In Progress sessions.
  • Present 13-week sales reviews during monthly New Products Meetings.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Possession of a tertiary degree is mandatory.
  • At least two years of relevant business experience, preferably within FMCG.
  • Understanding of business and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of promotional effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Strong focus on consumer and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication agility and ability to collaborate as part of a team.
