Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats to address their questions and issues.
- Deliver precise and clear information regarding products and services across multiple communication platforms.
- Recognize and pursue potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities tailored to customer requirements.
- Accurately document all customer interactions using CRM or relevant tracking tools.
- Forward intricate or unresolved customer issues to higher-level team members or supervisors for resolution.
